Mid Florida Masonry Group LLC (“MFMG,” “we,” “us”) is a shell contractor serving Central Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through gomfmg.com, our Partner Setup form, and our crew and subcontractor portal, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Business contact information you give us — company name, contact names, job titles, business phone numbers, mobile numbers and email addresses.
- Company records submitted during onboarding, such as trade or material category, office address, and certificates of insurance.
- Job information created in the course of work — schedules, purchase orders, jobsite photos, checklists and punch lists.
- Account information for portal users, including login email and activity such as sign-in times.
How we use it
- To schedule work and notify the people assigned to a job.
- To issue and send purchase orders and delivery dates.
- To share plans, plot plans and job documents with the parties working on that job.
- To send operational text messages, emails and in-app alerts about jobs, purchase orders, scheduling and deliveries.
- To maintain records required for insurance, tax and contractual purposes.
SMS and mobile information
If you consent, MFMG sends operational SMS/text messages about jobs, purchase orders, scheduling and deliveries. Consent is collected on our Partner Setup form through a checkbox that is not pre-selected, and is never a condition of doing business with us.
Message frequency varies with job activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect your working relationship with MFMG; we will continue to reach you by phone or email. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for the full program terms.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:
- On a job: the superintendent, subcontractors and suppliers assigned to that job see the job details, documents and purchase orders relevant to their scope.
- Service providers: vendors who operate our systems on our behalf — hosting, database, email delivery and SMS delivery — under obligations to protect the data and use it only to provide their service.
- Legal: where required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
How we protect it
Portal access requires an individual login. Each account sees only the builders, communities and jobs assigned to it, enforced at the database level. Insurance documents are stored in private storage that requires an authorized, signed request to open.
Retention
We keep job and vendor records for as long as needed to run the business and to meet insurance, tax and contractual obligations. Portal accounts are deactivated when a working relationship ends.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving text messages.
- Ask us to correct or remove your contact information by emailing or calling us.
- Ask us to close your portal account at any time.
